New: Conference Proceedings

The Proceedings of SAEM'2022 containing the full versions of the papers that were forwarded to the Symposium Secretariat can be downloaded at the link below.

Full paper submission

Authors that have submitted a 2 page digest and have presented their work at the Symposium are encouraged to prepare a full version of the work on minimum 4 pages. The full version of the presented papers should be prepared using the same template as for Digests and submitted to the Symposium Secretariat via EasyChair platform by 21st November 2022. Please upload your papers on EasyChair before the deadline, because after this date the platform will be locked for submissions. The Proceedings of the Symposium will be prepared with corresponding ISBN and CIP number and shared among the authors in electronic form.
Regarding the post conference publications, a certain number of papers will be published in the three Journals. The selection will be made based on the full versions of the papers. The authors will be contacted afterwards. The publication fee, where applicable, is covered by the author(s).

Paper submission deadline extended

Following the request from a number of prospective authors the paper submission deadline for the 2-page digest has been additionally extended to 18. May 2022.

Paper submission opened

The paper submission is realized via the EasyChair platform. The link below will take you to the home page of this platform. Users that already have an account on this platform can use their previous user name and password. Users that will use this platform for the first time they will have to create a new account, and then follow the link to SAEM'2022.

Information for authors

Prospective authors are kindly asked to prepare a single-spaced one-column two page digest, including the title, authors and their affiliation, as well as the main content of the paper, results, figures and references. The format of the digest, the instructions for preparation and a template are available on the symposium web page: https://saem2022.feit.ukim.edu.mk.

The digest files (PDF) should be submitted not later than the respective deadline announced on the conference web page, by using EasyChair platform.

Post-Conference Publications
On the basis of the digests and presentation at the conference, a number of selected papers will be published in:
* Polish journal – Przeglad Elektrotechniczny (PE)
* Polish journal – Power Electronics and Drives (PEAD)

* Slovenian journal – Journal of Energy Technology (JET)
* Macedonian journal – Journal of EE and IT (JEEIT)
Where applicable, the publication costs is covered by the author(s).
